Aroma Crafters is a fast-growing candle and fragrance company built on a belief in transparency and natural ingredients. But their brand identity and online experience hadn’t caught up to their ambition. They needed a cohesive visual system, an elevated e-commerce presence, and an ongoing marketing engine that could translate their product excellence into predictable digital revenue.

The R&D Dept. worked with Aroma Crafters to build a brand and digital platform that could scale. We delivered a complete brand identity, Shopify design and development, and an ongoing marketing program that blends creative direction, photography, email strategy, social content and analytics.

We're still early in the launch. The brand now reflects the integrity of its ingredients, and the Shopify store is built to convert, with a simpler path from product to checkout. Revenue stays private, so the number we report on is conversion growth, tracked month over month.
