Privacy policy
Effective October 27, 2026
The R&D Dept. (“we,” “us”) runs rad.agency. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use our contact form or newsletter signup, we receive what you type, such as your name, email, phone number and message.
- Ad measurement, only with your OK. If you click Accept in our cookie banner, we load the Google Ads tag to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries, and Attributer to note which channel (search, ad, referral) brought you to the site. If you click Reject or never choose, neither one loads.
- Basic server data. Our host, Webflow, processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you and, if you subscribed, to send our newsletter. We use ad measurement data to see which marketing works. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and your choices
Advertising and attribution cookies stay off until you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out and do not load advertising cookies.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that run this site and our business, such as Webflow (hosting and forms), Google (ad measurement, if you accept) and Attributer (traffic source, if you accept), and when the law requires it.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email info@rad.agency.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and newsletter subscriptions for as long as they are useful to our working relationship, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Accessibility
We design this site to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If anything is hard to use, email info@rad.agency or call (949) 342-6357 and we will help and fix it.
