Neighbors in Costa Mesa's Freedom Homes tract wanted a clear, credible way to organize around investor conversions of single-family lots into multi-unit rentals.

We built a focused advocacy site that explains the issue in plain language and gives residents two simple actions: sign the petition and email the City.

Neighbors have one place to send people, and the City hears from residents directly. A local project, done because we live here.
