The Trojan Mile

Tewinkle Middle School PTA in Costa Mesa was launching a new fun run, The Trojan Mile, to fund clubs, athletics, assemblies and enrichment. A volunteer-run program needed a site that could take registrations, donations and sponsorships without adding work for the people running it.

We built a custom site on an AI-native workflow, modeled on the system we created for Victoria Elementary's PTA. Payments run through the PTA's own Stripe account, registrations and sponsors flow into a shared Google Sheet, the "raised so far" total updates on its own, and every donor gets a receipt.

The PTA has a branded, working fundraising platform with no monthly software cost and a backend volunteers already know how to use. The R&D Dept. donated the work. See the latest totals at tewinklepta.org.
