Problem
What the business was up against
PTA boards turn over every year, and about a fifth of Victoria's students are English learners. Families needed one place to see what's happening and how to help, in English and Spanish.
Solution
What we built, and why
We built victoriapta.com as the PTA's hub: the event calendar, the approved budget, volunteer sign-ups, the Jog-A-Thon and a pre-sold spirit wear collection, all in English and Spanish. Behind it sits an AI-assisted PTA workspace, including a financial dashboard with an AI assistant.
Result
What changed for the client
Every page is available in English and Spanish, and the site carries the PTA's calendar, budget and Jog-A-Thon campaign for the 2026–27 school year. See it at victoriapta.com.
